Fooks; her grandchildren, Phyllis Perry, Michelle Perry, Robert Perry of Wilmington and Michael Fooks, Jr. of Laurel, Delaware; her sister Kathryn V. Bolden of Wilmington, Delaware; her niece Valerie Crockett; her children, Patricia Perry and Michael Fooks, Sr.; and her siblings, John Bolden, Evelyn Crockett and James Bolden, Sr.. She is also survived by caregiver, a host of other nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and extended family.
