It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Jestice of Laurel, Delaware, who passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellis and Frances Ellis Nichols; her stepfather Herb Nichols; and her sister Judy Robinson. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Jestice; her son John L. Lynch; her stepchildren, Beth Lewis and Scott Jestice; her granddaughter Lauren Lynch Hitchens (Ollie); her great grandchild Hannah Hitchens; her stepgrandchildren, Dillon Lewis, Jessica Lewis and Jack Jestice; and also Rebecca Rollins. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Disharoon Funeral Home Inc. (700 West St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
