He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Dolby and Dorothy "Dot" Holt Dolby; and his brother Christopher Lee Dolby. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lowe Dolby; his son Matthew Lee Dolby; his siblings, Dolly D. Thompson (Russel), Steve M. Dolby (Debbie) and William David Dolby (Sharon); his mother-in-law Nancy B. Lowe; and his siblings-in-law, Wyatt R. Lowe (Terri) and Sallie Koslowski (Rodger). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
