He is survived by: his wife Jamie Cox-Cooper of Laurel, DE; his children, Oliver "Thomas Tommy" Cooper, III of Laurel, Christopher Cooper, Millsboro, Jason Cooper, Felton, Shannon Cooper, Harrington Megan Cooper and Nicole Cooper; and his siblings, Kathy Niblet of Laurel, DE., Penny Porter of Milford, Robert Cooper of Laurel, DE and Ray McGinnis of Laurel, DE. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fleischauer Chapel - Greenwood (16 W Market St, Greenwood, DE 19950). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Framptom Funeral Home- Fleischauer Chapel (16 W Market St, Greenwood, DE 19950).
