He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fleetwood and Blanche Fleetwood; his son Randall Fleetwood; and his grandsons, Paul and Thomas Fleetwood.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Fleetwood; his children, Sharon Tyndall and Todd Fleetwood; his great grandchildren, Amy Blewitt, Stephanie Barrall, Katie Fleetwood and Jessica Wenger; and his great great grandchildren, Kory Halbig, Ella Evans, Leah Layfield, Lenna Wenger, Lincoln Wenger, Roman Parks, Sebastian Halbig, Slade Bradley, Hazel Bradley and Moxi Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Watson-Yates Funeral Home & Crematorium (609 E King St, Seaford, DE 19973). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Blades Cemetery (1000 Market St, Blades, DE 19973).
