He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hearn and Pauline Hearn; and his siblings, Marie Hearn, Roger Lamont Hearn, Raymond A. Hearn, Jr. and William Lee Hearn.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Lynn Hearn; his children, Stephen Hearn (Alex March) and Lindsay Rosebrooks (Clay Rosebrooks); his grandchildren, Max, Amelia, Lila Hearn, Clay Jr., Brayden and Landon Rosebrooks; his sister Betty Graham; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hearn, Howard Johnson (Mona) and Carol Evans (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his name be made to the Carlisle Fire Department, P.O. Box 292, Milford, DE 19963.
