We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sharon Conaway of Laurel, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wootten and Sally "Irene" Short-King. She is survived by: her husband Dean Conaway; her son Alex Bennington; her stepchildren, Derek Conaway (Christina), Adam Conaway (Melissa) and Ashton Lewis (Sean); her siblings, Ray Johnson (Linda), Brenda Pepper (Horace) and Terri Passwaters (Marty); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Taygan, Preston, Daxon, Peyton, Gage, Harper and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laurel Church of Nazarene (94 Walnut St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests contributions be made in Sharon Conaway's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
