She is survived by: her husband Robert T. Webb (Bob); her children, Jeff Webb (Janice) of Laurel and Jan Otwell (Bill) of Laurel; her grandchildren, Bobby Otwell (Amanda) of Laurel, Dr. Katie Webb of Panama City and Jaqueline White (Logan) of Dagsboro; her great grandchildren, Claire Otwell and Audra Otwell; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Otwell and Kelly Otwell; and her siblings, Aloma Dumont, Bruce Marine (Myrna) and Gary Marine (Carole). She is also survived by 4 step-great grandchildren.
