He is survived by: his wife Laura Welch; his daughter Rachel Welch of Nevada; his sisters, Shirley West (Dave Beard) and Donna (Jody Brown); his sister-in-law Ruth Heinen of Iowa; his friends, Deb, Tiny, Brenda, Moe, Terri, Matt and Tommi; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn, Morgan, Josh and Mike. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
