She was predeceased by: her brother Eddie Newton; her parents, Victor Newton and Elizabeth Newton; and her husband Lloyd Parn. She is survived by: her brother Albert Newton; her children, Frank Bradley, William Parn and Kathryn Whitescarver; and her pet Casey. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers to the family, Betty's favorite charity, other than the church was the Salvation Army.
