With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bruce Phalen of Lewes, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Stanley; his significant other Lydia; and his children, David (Susan), Paul (Laurieann), Ann (Russ) and Susan. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church (200 2nd St, Lewes, DE 19958).
