She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Emerson and Jeanne Emerson; and her brother James Emerson. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Burke; her daughter Erin Steinmetz; her granddaughters, Margot and Madelyn; her son-in-law Matthew Steinmetz; and her siblings, Deborah Collins, Susan Johnson and Michael Emerson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
