He is survived by: his wife Nina Mickelsen; his stepdaughters, Anna Blu Nordgren (Jarrett Simon) of Marietta, GA and Sofia Graham (Sean Graham) of Aldie, VA; and his stepgrandchildren, Atlas, Finn, Juni and Reace. He is also survived by extended family across the US and many friends.
