It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Judith McColgan (Lewes, Delaware), who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson "Friday" Grier and Nellie Grier (Crossan); and her siblings, Marie Walters, Audrey Wade, Marianne Giofre, Janie Ciabottoni, Thomas Grier, Francis Grier, Robert Grier and Joseph Grier.

She is survived by: her husband Jack; her sons, Daniel F. of Wilmington, DE., John J. (Noelle) of Millsboro, DE. and Joseph P. (Lorie) of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Sean, Erin, Claire, Quinn, Grace and Graham; and her sister Teresa Lenkiewicz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Eleanor's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
