She was predeceased by: her husband Leon C. Burkhart; her parents, Clair C. Hetrick and Ruth Hetrick (Mattern); her sons, Curtis and Barry; and her siblings, Roy, Merrill, Alice, Evelyn, Betty and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Philip H. Burkhart (Tammy) of Exeter Township, Joyce Ann (Gary Salter) and Cindy R. (Mark Ambrosiani) of Wyomissing; her grandchildren, Troy, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Kevin, Alex, Eric and Sara Ann; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Dylan, Piper and Ruthvi; and her siblings, Isabella Rhodes of Fleetwood and Harold Hetrick of Oley.
