Foster; his parents-in-law, Franklin and Janet Ritter of Lewes, DE; his brothers-in-law, Mark Ritter (Valda) of Felton, DE and Mike Ritter (Debbie) of Milton, DE; and his cousins, Edward McManus, Dorothy Tonzelli, Kathryn Kulpa and Janet Doll.
