He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scibilia and Edith McDade (Borsello); and his siblings, Debbie and Joe. He is survived by: his children, Steven Scibilia (Susan) of Newark, DE and Christine Frazier (Quinn) of Frankford, DE; and his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Grace and Luke Hopkins.
