He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perry Carmine and Helena Dodd Carmine; and his wife Bettylee Carmine. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Carmine; his children, Debbie Simms (Rick), Kim Carmine (Peggy) and Kelly Stuchlik (Terry); his grandchildren, Karin Simms Laroche (Drew), K. C. Carmine, Susan Simms Passwaters (Rhett), Melody Thomas-Wohlfeil (Paul) and Ben Stuchlik (Katie); his great grandchildren, Brogan Evick, Ashton Passwaters, Ian Laroche, Robert Keefe and Lilly Stuchlik; and his friends, Joey Melchiorre and Jack Anderson.
