He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lastoskie and Elora Lastoskie. He is survived by: his husband David A. Phillips, Jr. of Lewes, DE; his siblings, Pam Sterling (Dwight Szpak) of Missoula, MT and Dennis Lastoskie of Missoula, MT; his niece Kristine; and his great-nephew Maverick.
