He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Savage; his daughters, Terri Peterson and Tammy Savage; and his granddaughter Tara DelMedico. He is survived by: the fathers of children, Dwain, Richard and Harper 3rd; and his daughter Michelle. He is also survived by 11 grand children, 13 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Harper's memory may be made to The Alzheimer Fight the Blindness and Cranston Heights Fire Company, 3306 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808.
