He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezekiah Barbour and Estell Barbour (Breece); and his wife Carole Barbour. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Jennings (Preston), Tina Edwards (Bobby), James Allen Barbour Jr. (Sunrise) and Timothy Barbour (Maria); and his stepsons, Charles Gouert (Debbie) and Trevor Gouert. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren; his 29 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandson.
