It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeane Marie Wampler of Lewes, Delaware, born in Ocean City, New Jersey, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Smith and Gertrude Smith; and her sisters, Mildred Douthwaite and Dorothy Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Quay (Natasha Synessios) of London, Timothy Quay of London, England and Andrew Quay (Kathy) of Marietta, SC; her grandchildren, Nefeli and Kimon; her stepdaughters, Cynthia Toner and Dianne Wampler; and her sister Helen Smith.
