He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Oliphant; his daughters, Nicole Lee Clogg (Brian Benton) of Millsboro, Sarah J Warren of Pittsville and Emily A Forte (Jorge Feliciano) of Ocean View; his siblings, Norma Lee Short, Becky Evans, Sherry Shultie (Jeff), Lavessa Dennis (Ricky), Peggy Jalot (Rick), Ronnie Oliphant (Patricia), Vaughn Oliphant, Richard Oliphant (Carol Sue), Douglas Oliphant and Dennis Oliphant (Peter); his grandchildren, Brian Benton Jr., Gage Benton, Maysa Lank, Natalie Betts, Nicholas Betts, Sean Feliciano, Lilyanna Feliciano, Elena Feliciano and Christopher Feliciano; and his great grandchildren, Leaylah Carpenter, Avianna Justo and Skyler Carpenter.
