She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Ingram and Iva Ingram (Rogers); her husband Parker E. Failor; her daughter Iva Jane Fagan; and her siblings, Richard M. Ingram, Sr., Samuel Ingram, Nelson Ingram, Pearl Wilkins and Fay Graham.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine C. McCarty of Milton, DE; her grandchild Ragen McCarty; and her pet Pixie.
