He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ruiz and Juana Ruiz; and his sister Lillian Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ruiz (Whitney); his children, Laura Norris (Jason) of Manorville, NY and Jason Ruiz of Thiells, NY; his stepdaughter Bridget Kenny (John) of Randolph, NJ; his sister Nancy White (Warren) of Tampa, FL.; and his grandchildren, Pearl Norris, Isla Norris, Whitney Kenny and Savannah Kenny.
