He is survived by: his children, Joseph Walker (Jody) of New Castle, DE, Scott Walker (Miriam Ramirz) and Dionne O'Neill (Robert) of Townsend, DE; his grandchildren, Connor O'Neill, Morgan O'Neill, Christopher Walker and Delaney O'Neill; and his pet Maggie.
