She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Whelan and Mary Etta Whelan; her former husband Charles "Charlie" P. Daly Sr.; and her children, Michael J. Daly, MD and Mary Eloise Daly.

She is survived by: her husband Woodrow "Woody" Seamone; her children, Kathleen Hirsch (Jeff), Charles P. Daly, Jr. (Cheri), Timothy J. Daly (Peg), Christopher M. Daly, Patrick W. Daly (Joan) and Kevin V. Daly (Teresa); and her son-in-law Erich Cirilano. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren; and her thirteen great-grandchildren.
