She is survived by: her son Joseph Rowan, Jr. (Christy) of Centreville, MD; her daughter-in-law Lynne Isaacs Rowan; and her grandchildren, Laura Rowan Baker (Tom) of Hanover, MD, Emily Rowan of Centerville, MD, Jennifer Rowan of Milford, DE, Matthew Rowan (Dorothy) of Ellendale, DE, Sarah Rowan Hostetler (Denton) of Lewes, DE and Steven Rowan (Lauren) of Milford, DE. She is also survived by her 2 grandsons -in-law; and her 12 great-grandchildren.
