It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Ritter Savin (Lewes, Delaware), who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie Ritter Savin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ritter and Margaret Ritter; her husband John F. Savin, Jr.; her granddaughter Marian Patterson; her siblings, Bert Ritter, Irvin Ritter, Mary Lou Steele, Joan Burton and Janice Moseley; and her nephew Knox Ritter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Searles (Bill) and Peggy Short (Ted); her grandchildren, Frank Savin (Michele), Jon Freeman, David Patterson, Jason Breault (Amy) and Stephanie Cook (Dale); her great grandchildren, Kymber, Gregory Savin, Simone Freeman, Maggie, Boe Patterson and Marie Short; and her siblings, Frank Ritter (Janet), Bud Ritter (Jacqui), Ethel Lee, June Simpson (Dan) and Pat Rust (Larry).
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks are required, and social distancing protocols must be observed by all persons participating in any aspect of the services.
