Marilyn Susan Burns Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Susan Burns in Lewes, Delaware, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Merzel and Anne Raine Merzel; and her sister Arleen Linehan. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Joel; her children, Beth Meyer and Paul Burns; her children-in-law, Edward Meyer and Kelly Burns; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Andrew, Tristan Alexander, Alexander Joseph and Sydney Raine.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Judean Memorial Gardens (16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832).
