He was predeceased by: his father Steve MacDougall; his grandfather Frank Smulski, Sr.; and his uncle Frank Smulski, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Donna MacDougall; his sister Meghan MacDougall; his grandmother Louise Smulski; his nephews, Niya, McKenzie, Karter and Ken'dell; and his great-nephew Jayson (Whitney Hollingsworth). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
