He is survived by: his close friend Dennis Liphart; his sisters, Mary Catherine Moshos, Frances Campbell (Michael) and Stephanie Puddy (George); his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Carruthers (Corbin), Jennifer Deuterman (Matt), Michael Shank (Suzie), Victoria Weitekamp (Michael), Christopher Puddy, Nicole Hornig (Pete) and Dean Campbell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Sophia, Bodhi Deuterman, Jackson, Parker Shank, Landrix and Lochxland Carruthers. He is also survived by many loving cousins and family.
