He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Miller and Fannie Miller (Newswanger); his wife Eileen Miller (Brimmer); his children, Sandra Marks and Bob Maloney, Jr.; and his grandson Andrew.
He is survived by: his children, James Maloney (Denise), Cindy Maloney (Monique), Ronald Miller (Terri) and Carol Miller (BJ); his grandchildren, Larry, Michelle, Kyle, Brett, Lauren, Nathan, Ryan and David; his siblings, Don Miller (Pat) and Barbara Greenawalt; and his children-in-law, Luther Marks and Lori Maloney. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Norm's memory be made to the Meals on Wheels of Delaware .
