He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Anne (Moskey); his children, Paul Moore of Georgetown, DE, Justin Moore of Georgetown, DE and Julie Moore of Millsboro, DE; his stepson Kevin Taylor (Elizabeth) of Laurel, DE; his stepgrandsons, Mason and Dawson; his siblings, Charles Moore (Lynn) of Lewes, DE, Randy Hillegas (Barbara) of Mann's Choice, PA, Lynn Hillegas of Garrett, PA and Kelly Hillegas of Buffalo Mills, PA; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
