He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Steen and Ruth Steen (Frankenfield). He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Brucker Steen; his children, Jeffrey Steen of Youngsville, NC, Jamie Steen (Kristine) of Erdenheim, PA and Kimberly Lumadue (Mark) of Hatboro, PA; his grandchildren, Myranda Siegert of Horsham, PA, Bethany Steen of Youngsville, NC, Owen Steen of Erdenheim, PA and Michael Steen of Youngsville, NC; and his sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Steen of Quakertown, PA.. He is also survived by his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
