He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley MacArthur and Maurice "Mac" MacArthur; his wife Kathy O'Hanlon; his daughter Beth; his son-in-law Eric; his sister Mary Jane (Nevin) of Milton, Fla.; his stepdaughter Michelle Bland; and his grandchildren, Jenna (Colby), Adin and S. Air Force.
At his recent 70th birthday and retirement celebration at the Lewes Yacht Club, Ron was honored with proclamations from both the Sussex County Council, Delaware State Senate and the House of Representatives, recognizing his lifelong service and contributions to the Cape Region.
