He is survived by: his son Samuel F. Guittare, Jr. (Frances); his son-in-law Henry Kalinowsky; his grandchildren, Jennifer Whartnaby (Rob), Michael Kalinowsky, Ryan Guittare (Lindsay), Lauren Guittare and Samuel Guittare; his great grandchildren, Courtney, Robert, Chase, Ryley, Grady and Livia; and his sister Amelia Passick.
