We are sad to announce that, on July 27, 2023, at the age of 70, Sandra S. Snowberger of Lewes, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Hastings and Vernon Hastings. She is survived by: her wife Tootie Springer of Lewes, DE; her siblings, Steve Snowberger (Karen) of Augusta, GA, Vernon Hastings (Jackie) of Ocala, FL and Dawn Windett of Dover, DE; and her pets, Spicey, Roman and Abby. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to any animal shelter or Veterans Center of choice.
