She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Waters Sr. and Eloise Waters (Eichinger); and her brother Robert Waters Jr. of Willingboro, N. J.. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sisters, Patricia Mutschler of Davidsonville, MD. and Kathleen Waters of Louisville, Kentucky.; her siblings-in-law, David Mutschler of Davidsonville and Laura Lester of New London, PA.; her niece Margaret Howe of Madison; her nephew Robert Mutschler (Allison Mutschler); her great-nephew Charlie Mutschler of Odenton, MD.; her pet Rembrandt; Renee Smith. She is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
