She is survived by: her children, Jon Ronald Garner (Carol) of Lewes, Virginia Lee Lynch (George) of Milton, Oscar H. Warrington III (Mary) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Sue Ann Newsham (Michael) of Milton; her sister Ermadine Starkey of Smyrna; and her grandchildren, Ron, Jennifer, Ossie IV, George, John, Kyle, Staci and Mason. She is also survived by her 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.

In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to the Coolspring Presbyterian Church.

Webber Smith. Their oldest child was my mother, Phyllis E. Smith Ellingsworth.
