He is survived by: his wife Peggy Louise Meade (Barlow); his children, Elizabeth Hoitt (Rob), Eugene and Charles Meade (Courtney); his grandchildren, Kayla, Samuel and Jackson; his great grandchild William Meade (Annette); Thomas, Olivia and James.
