He is survived by: his father Joseph O'Neill; his children, Brian O'Neill, Jaquelyn O'Neill of Lewes, DE and Nicole O'Neill of Hampton, VA; his granddaughter Lilith Penelope Heron; and his sisters, Mary O'Neill-Wood (Joshua), Margaret "Peggy" O'Neill and Katie O'Neill.
