He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Horn and Hazel I. Horn Ciccone (Shuman). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Horn; his children, Michael Horn (Tammy) of Laurel, DE, Daniel Horn (Erica) of Milton, DE and Denise Thornton (Jason) of St. Augustine, FL.; and his grandchildren, Cameron Horn, Tyler Horn, Kayla Horn, Maddox Horn (Sara), Brittany Thornton, Michael Horn, Shane Thornton and Blake Horn.
