He is survived by: his close friend Karen; his significant other Karen McGrath; his sons, Jack III (Kara) and Michael; his adoptive daughter Madeline (Jacob); his grandchildren, Emilyn and Bennett; his siblings, Cindy (Jimmy) and Chris (Jennifer); and his half-sister Lainey.
