With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Henderson Shorthose of Lewes, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2025 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shorthose and Elizabeth Shorthose (Dobbins); and his siblings, George, Freddie Shorthose, Norma Rutherford, Verna Roberts and Betty Cartmill.
He is survived by: his significant other Gloria Lester; his siblings, Herbie, Patrick Shorthose (Joanne Jackamowski), Shirley Mitchell and Mary Kaiser; his daughters, Kaeci Shorthose and Aimee Lamendulla (Mark); his grandchildren, Charlie, Mark, Kate and Michael Lamendulla; his stepgranddaughter Caitlin Shupe; Linda Shupe (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
