We announce the death of Cherylene Miller of Lincoln, Delaware, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 75. Cherylene will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sammons and Esther Sammons (Hughes); and her brothers, Charles Sammons, Jr., Phillip Sammons, Edward Sammons, Jackie Hughes and Glendon Sammons (Buddy).
She is survived by: her husband Alexander Bruce Miller; her children, Alex Miller, Jr. (Agnessa) and Brenda (Miller); her siblings, Robert Sammons, Linda Horan (Thomas) and Marilyn Durham; and her grandchildren, Alex Van Diesel, Samuel Miller, Mia Miller, Jaslene Brunskill and Aaliyah Brunskill. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Milford (6062 Old Shawnee Rd, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
