She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Fennessy and Alice H. Fennessy (Gomoskie); and her brother John F. "Butch" Fennessy. She is survived by: her husband Harry John Kofluk, Jr.; her grandchildren, Britany, Austin, Alexis, Connor, Joshua and Jane; her great grandchildren, Bryce and Brody; and her pets, Oliver, Charlie, Jack, Cesky and Ellie.
