He is survived by: his wife Terry; and his children, Cecilia Galante, Catherine "Josie" Jesser, Lionel Plummer, Joseph Plummer, Therese Plummer, Margaret Mary Green, Dr. Samuel Plummer and Herbert Plummer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
