He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Williams and Ocie Williams (Posey); his siblings, Virginia Lister, Joe Williams, Paul Williams and Junior Williams; and his son Joshua Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Williams, Betty, Rose and Ruth; his children, Tammy Ebersold (Duane), James Williams, Thomas Williams, Mike Williams (Bessie), Joseph Williams, Albert Williams and Benjamin Williams, Jr.; and his grandsons, Duane Ebersold, Jr. and Jonathan Ebersold. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
