He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brothers, Bruce (Patricia) and Fred (Pamela); his children, John, Lisa (Jim), Laura (Mark) and Jim (Tammy); his grandchildren, Faith, Sarah (Matt), Marissa (Justin), Erica (Joshua), Julia, Morgan and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, MacAuliffe, Athena June, Theo Walton Withers and Withers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the ministries of Capitol Baptist Church, serving Dover, DE, and the surrounding communities.
